i won my appeal for esa and was wondering is the money backdated because i was on reduced benefit from 04/07;2012 until 08/03/13,thank you.

I don't know much about this, but I think they will back-date you! Why not ring them and ask what's going on?

Yes it was backdated for me, nearly a years worth, which I didn't know anything about, it also affected my housing benefit, and there was a shortfall of £390. in my favor. good luck

You don't have to call them. You'll get a letter with the amount they owe u and the date it'll be paid into ur bank. Just sit back, relax and think off all the ways you can use it.xxx

i rang this morning and they said it will be backdated ,it might be 2 weeks or could be 6 to 8 weeks before they sort it.Lets hope its the 2 weeks!!
