I wrote a little song about fibro...

When I wake in the morning

Body still yawning

A new day is dawning

I'm still half asleep

And as others begin to rise

I struggle to open my eyes

For you it's another day

For me it's a fight

But I won't give up, and fall

Even if this thing takes hold,

I'll fight cause I'm a strong soul

Sometimes I'll need to take a break

Sometimes I'll make a big mistake

To you my life looks easy

But for me it's so hard

My body isnt made of stone

it's broken but I can't just go home

I'm sorry if I'm kind of low

It's the best I can find, and god do I try

I won't give up

I would love to be the one who's full of energy

Positively bubbly and everything you do so easily

But I can't because I'm cursed and that's okay

I've come to terms and now I'm trying to make you all understand

Cause I'm still the same I ever was its just my body won't

And can't ever be the same again

I get tired and I hurt,

It's not my fault, and I can't change

I have to fight, else I'll fail,

I've lost a lot - but not my self

I won't give up, and fall

I'll fight even when I don't (no energy left) know how (hurts too much)

It's taken a lot, (my job) but no more (and my dreams)

Couldn't agree more with the lyrics and in my head I can ear the tune! look at the tune on you tube of Motherhood by fiat it would go nicely, I think! make a video and share it on you tube it is a great way to create awareness! keep it on!!! Soft hugs and lots of love!
