I think the fibro hug can basically be described in the same way as the MS hug. It can be uncomfortable and also very painful. I get this around my ribs and I find it annoying, more so when I am in pjs, in other words no bra on. I find if I put a bra on that actually can mask the hug feeling as there is then something there. Other than that a warm soak in the bath can sometimes relieve it a little xxxx
