Anyone eased their symptoms by changing their diet??

I have tried the low oxalic diet and it has helped.

Nope sorry I have tried that one, the all gluten free, and every time I deviate form my normal diet it sets my ibs off big time... But as you can see by the meds and how much we can or can't do, every fibromite seems different so if you have found something that works for you stick with it :)

This "diet" was mentioned on here earlier this year.

To be honest, I am very sceptical of the self diagnosis this GP has given herself, especially as she admits she hasn't even gone to her own GP let alone a rheumatologist to have it confirmed.

Personally I am glad it worked for her but of course it might not work for everybody. When your in pain all the time then anything is worth a go.

I have tried every diet under the sun and each time it kicks off my stomach problems, not tried this one and do not think I will. But a great post as it may help others on here who want togive it a go xxxxx
