i have got my esa appeal next monday, has anyone been to appeal and won there esa bach, it is stressing me out so much i feel sick that we have to got through this its humiliating.

Hi Gilly I feel so sorry for you lovie.....I had an interview to go to last Monday and I felt how you feel now. It is so awful, but please try not to worry so much because nobody else will be. It's just a normal day to them and they won't think about it again. I sat in the local job centre waiting for for my turn and was disgusted with the amount of crap these people have to take of young people. They even had to have security guards posted every few yards watching every move. The gangs of youths were silly little boys and the girls were as bad! if not worse. I have nothing against young people , I have a few myself. It's such a shame you have to go through this but listen....you are telling the truth!! so why worry?? They won't be rude to you and they can't shoot you ( although it feels as if they are : ( ). I hope you have someone to go with you? it would be easier for you. They are allowed in with you. Hi my ESA Tribunal is coming up in 2 weeks time - I'm having to start to prepare notes and will be glad when it's out of the way - the first one I found humane and they helped me along in explaining difficulties and I had a number of examples on my notes in preparation as am unable to think on the spot so threw them in where I could. Good Luck with Monday. May the time pass soonso it is all over with. x

I have a work related activity interview on 31st. I'm panicking already!! I'm so stressed out it's unreal. I don't know what to expect....I just hope I'm well enough to get up that day!! Anyone got any ideas??
