oh bless your heart i think jt is right take the meds with you and the prescription too ! we really all do have these boughts i had one not so long ago bed bound for weeks and it does make you feel useless and crap if i might say that word , but it is true my partner when i felt the guilt said if he was in the same situation i would look after him the same cause you do for the person you love! so take that stress out of your mind and just relax and rest xx put a movie on or watch tv and try to sleep i hope you feel better lots of hugs xx alexandra xx

Hi there. You are not alone. We all have periods when things just get on top of us. My hubbie also works really hard but also help me a lot. At the end of view day they don't have to be with us, but they are because they love us. In sickness and in health and all that comes with it, married or not. The dwp are useless so maybe at your assessment next week, take the tearoff part of a recent prescription with you or even your meds as proof. Keep your chin up and good luck next week x

Hey hun chin up.its hard i no but were all here for you okay.

I live with a amazing fella who also has c.f.s i.b.s and fybro.

Yeah its very hard some days.but thats how we met.

I guess he does understand heaps more.

But hes really ill at min and im taking care of him.

Dnt let these people grind you down.xx

I do hope you get a sunshine day soon.

Trying to get through the "black dog" moods are hard, but we are all in the same boat.

Try kicking out negative thoughts each time they come, learn to recognise them and replace them with something you love. Its tough but they will get less the more you practcie it.

Warm thoughts NN :)

We're all here for you 1961-1951 and we all understand. We all have down times when we've had enough, so don't be too hard on yourself. You're amongst friends here and we are all here for you. You're never alone here in our lovely forum! Take care and bless you :)

hello, my name is bill, i know how you feel & what you are going through, its so hard at times & you need some one who can reassure you things will get better.

i have had so much crap its unreal but thats my problem, i will chat to you anytime you wish to help you as i would not want you to go down the route i took in september last year.

there is always some one to talk to when youre down, you can talk about anything you like as i have a good set of ears & enjoy talking to people, it helps us all in the end so dont feel there is no one listening to you, you are welcome to chat anytime about anything if it helps you through the trauma of FM or depression take care for now bill

I am new to this site and am I so glad I found it. I'm having a bad time meself and find it hard getting out of my pit. I like reading the comments as I don't feel alone. Why is it the professionals don't take us seriously and look at us as though we are aliens. I have been changing GPs to find a good un who understands FIBRO, ME/CFS. BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER. I'm laid in a lot of the time I live alone and get lonely for company, i watch the birds playing in my garden which helps me smile. I am so glad I can finally get things off my chest, family don't understand they see it as my illness and nothing to do with them. thanks for your topics I have read, I don't feel alone when i have others just like me. i feel a burden on others, they are fed up with me being sick all time and can't get out of bed.
