Slept right through the night,amazing. So I am rested. Pain was in hips and lower back,2 ibuprofen and a coffee have sorted it. Now for the pacing.
Did 20 minutes ironing,no more til later. Now to make bed and get dressed.
Going to the shops and then back for a coffee at about 11am. See you all later. xx
