I heard the same a long time ago on the TV.

I have had CFS/ Fibro for 20+ years. Australia doctors consider it to be the same problem just levels of degree.

I do believe that feling tired and in pain covers a lot of different conditions, I had one friend who considered her conditon completely physical and another completely psychological. I just think it is very complex.

We can do blood tests to see if we have enought iron Mg Vit D etc. Reduce stress, try to get a good night sleep.
