Hello cathy, welcome to our forum
Each person suffers differently from others, but a generalisation of FMS is tiredness/exhaustion, ache sand pains, and the famous fibro fog!
But I think you are most likely to be experiencing symptoms already.
Any time you want to chat, cry, shout ask a question or just read through the other members blogs, and not feel so isolated we are here. this site can often see members on here untill pretty late and early mornings.
There are the tags that can offer info on the subjects, and at the right hand side of the home page is a link to Fibro action web site which is always helpful.
goodluck and hope to see you on here regulary,
hugs poppy xx
Hi cathy welcome to the site. I'm fairly new to the site to. As poppy says its a great site as you know everyone understands what your going through. I have good & bad days. I find the weather makes a difference to my fibro, wet damb and windy or cold makes me worse. getting up tight and worrying makes things worse. you will learn alot on this site its so friendly. soft hugs xx
welcome to the family hun/ please be prepared to think you are imagining symptoms and getting depressed you are not verimagining and weare here to help you over feelingdepressed petal
Hi cathy, welcome from me too.
This site will help you learn all about fibro. I find talking to other people who have it and other conditions the same, so helpful. I am a person who needs to know what i am dealing with. The first thing you need to try is pacing yourself. You need to let your body to tell you when to slow down. I know it is hard somedays, thats the good thing we all understand.
hugs, kel xxxx
