What are your experiences with this if any?

I take 150 mg at night. It does help me sleep but does make me a bit doursy in the morning, it does ware of slowly during the day

best thing since sliced bread for me! I still wake after about 4 hours but it is good sleep. other sleeping tablets i have tried have given me hallucinations and were really scary.

Thank you, I went to see a psychiatrist yesterday and she gave me a list of medications to look at and consider. Most of them suggested weight gain which I do not want This one suggested no weight gain and better libido!!
