No time for fibro!

evening all, had a really busy weekend. Youngest daughter home for the weekend, she's in the RAF. Been busy cooking, entertaining and the things that go with a family weekend! Now shattered and work tomorrow!! I seriously have no time for fibro!!

Sounds like you had a fab but hetic weekend, love it when you can put fibro on a back burner, I say grab the chance why you can. Hears hoping it does not rear its ugly head too aggressly tmrw.

Mondays are always tough day for me, by midday i am in need of an early pj night. I always use my week nights to recharge my batteries and weekends for liesure chores. Well try to have been in bed since friday pm, only getting up to use the bathroom, so another lost wkend x x

Thanks everyone....not been to bad today. I also try to rest in the evenings not doing much. I love to take my dog for a walk after work to blow the cob webs away. I sometimes attempt to do a bit of exercise but i just end up paying the price for it a few days later. Have had fibro and ME for a number of years now, you would think I would learn, but the yearning for my former life still takes over sometimes.
