Ive no idea Ive been told Ive got both, so Ive no idea which is causeing what symptoms

No, but it can be hard to tell if you have both and Fibro can get mis-diagnosed as CFS/ME as many of the symptoms overlap. It is important to remember that fatigue, even debilitating fatigue, can be a part of Fibro and does not mean you have CFS/ME as well.

Hi I agree with LindsayMid, I was diagnosed, many years after my ,Fibromyalgia

diagnoses. Again that was after a sleep study, in hospital, and bloodwork,

[ showed, only that I haveLow iron stores] Some of my fatigue is from, low blood.

So again, getting Dr. diagnosed, is the only way, you can absolutley, find out

Although above it says No, I have read quite a few reports that say there is a possibility that the two conditions are the same, reading the symptoms of both conditions they are very similar, I guess it depends what you read !!

My pain specialist nurse said it was like two ends of a line with cfs/me on one end and fibro/chronic pain on the other. If your main sysptom is fatigue you get diagnosed with cfs or me or if it is pain then it is fibro or cps diagnosis for you xx
