Any good or bad experience about new medication by the name "Savella" please share with us! thank you

As far as I am aware it is still not available in the UK. It was reviewed in 2010 and refused but is prescribed in the US. Its not new and was approved by the FDA in 2009.

The 2019 guidelines for chronic pain by SIGN also restated its lack of availability in the UK

"Duloxetine does not have marketing authorisation for the treatment of patients with fibromyalgia or osteoarthritis. Milnacipran is not available in the UK."

Thank you for your reply , I just looking for the miracle to stop lots of pain and fatigue in my body that ruin my life and no light , no treatment.
