I feel fine now after a rough 5 days of being fluffy and feeling dizzy when I stand up I feel ok so roll on now getting the benefits on it. Managed 15 minutes of light exercise and 10 minutes of swimming before crashing and burning which is good. Back home for an afternoon snooze.

Thank you for that and i'd just like to say that ready your story on your profile made me smile instead of feeling sorry for your pain it gave me hope in being able to deal with the pain and still have a good life and sense of humour you must be a very strong person xxxx
