Posted on Twitter about an event I took part in this afternoon.

Thanks to the people at IDAN / BEIS for allowing me to present at their Invisible Illness meeting. Being able to talk about fibromyalgia to encourage and support employees in the civil service was an honour.

Anyone in the civil service, please reach out to IDAN. Also if you are not aware of it then the workplace passport sounds like a great tool.

What is it for? I was a Civil Servant, so I am interested, as I have never heard about this!

It was created in 2015 I believe. It allows employees to record their needs or reasonable adjustments and condition to be recorded in a confidential manner. It enables line managers to provide better support especially when employees move roles.
