Hi have not taken them together but took duluxotinr with MST and Tramadol without side effects for two years, have stopped duluxotine as it did not appear to be giving any benefit. Prescribed off scrip for nerve pain not depression, by stopping it I have further scope to treat depression that has crept up on me after ten years of chronic pain and fatigue,
Worst drug I have ever had to taper off so shows how strong it is. Concerned as harder than stopping morphine so what actually was it doing to brain receptors? No adverse effects once clean off it and no noticible change to fibro symptoms on or off it .But that's just me, we are all different.

Hi Pagan, have you posted or replied to posts? Your bio only shows this has your only post. Replied to posts are never shown on your post count. I hope I made sense there lol 😁
Replied to posts always. Have not yet gathered my thoughts to ask a question as learning so much. I have RLS/ peripheral neuropathy/fybromygelia/Diabeties as well as damage from accidents. It’s hard to know what belongs where before asking a pertinent question!
Dear Pagan707 , i believe it blocks the signal , but i had other problem causing a weakness in my legs , its very easy for a doctor to prescribe medication and forget about you , i would see my doctor about other ways to ease pain .
