What is it that is concerning you judgemental ? Remember we are all very different in our responses to fibromyalgia.

Perturbed by the affect it's had on the sustainability, unpredictable effects of and consequences of physical activity. Under normal circumstances it's possible to say 'X causes Y' but those rules don't seem to apply. Apologies if I was being presumptive.

I can remember trying to explain to my friend , they know me to have been very active , it's like every thing you know about body and how to maintain health is upside down and back to front........is this familiar
