Hi everyone,I was diagnosed with fibro 5 yrs ago after death of my Mum and a horrific divorce.im managed with gabapentin up till now,for past few wks I've had numbness in left thigh,nausea and severe pain above right eye socket,has anyone else experienced this, just feel so ill now,

Hi Kyra, so sorry to hear you the loss of your mum, that it it self is horrific, never mind a bad divorce. I have been dealing with constant nausea myself. What seems to help me a little is have 4 or five smaller meals. If I have a regular amount if seems to make me more nauseated. We have a lot in common, I just lost my mum January 2019 and my dad 6 months before. Also divorced. All the stress and upset I find makes symptoms much worse. Maybe go see your GP and tell them about the eye pain to be on the safe side. Take care

Hi Lisa sounds like the drug is giving you some side effects or you have become stressed but I would definitely go and chat with your doctor- I have had to go nearly drug free because of awful side effects (headaches, weight gain , allergies , tiredness etc) I too got my fibromyalgia after two years of hell - a bad divorce , my parents had a bad car accident,and I was attacked in work and didn't leave the house for over 6 months - life's not too kind sometimes - take care. Rest , de-stress eat well. And chat to a good doctor neese. x
