Ginko Biloba

Hi everyone

just thought i'd mention ginko biloba . I've been using it for some time when i go out to give me more energy , clear fibro fog etc. Its been great for that , as is coconut oil , thats helps fog too and i want to guard against dementia at 73. However yesterday I had a bad fibro flare , i've just been doing too much and i thought to take it then . I'm sure it helped so i've just taken it again . I dont want to take too much as forcing myself only makes matters worse , i've learnt to pace myself . Only two fairly short outings a week up to three hours is about right . If i'm out longer i pay for it ! I'm just so glad i dont have to work now .

Anyway on a positive note i find gingko biloba a great help , and i recommend it to others. Useful for a special occasion , it helps you get more out if it and keeps you going longer.

. Best wishes for a good day KT

Your right pacing when going out, ive just come back from short drive had a bacon sandwich and cuppa with friend then did the essentials shops lovely temperatures today the Sun is making an appearance just over an hour but nice to get out of the house. I actually made a meal out on Sunday then sat and listened to a live soul singer by the time I got home I had done 6 hours , but I was resting and chatting to friends so was lovely to do that x
