Just a quick introduction

Hello, i have fibromyalgia, depression, IBS, anxiety, cPTSD, OCD and im Autistic. New to the fibromyalgia diagnosis, i actually thought all my pain symptoms was due to aging and poor family health history and the fatigue id associated with the depression. Nice to actually know what im dealing with i guess.

Hi there Gemma, great to meet you and offer you a very warm welcome to our group I think it does help to know what we are dealing with imo . It kind of gives us a little control even thought we can stop what is happening we may be able to find ways to help ourselves deal with it.

Hi Gema12, welcome to this forum. I guess you could call me and oldtimer to fibromyalgia and CFS/ME. I have been having it 27yrs now. I was healthy until it reared it’s ugly head.
