Hi does anybody feel like their body is all puffed up, particularly around the tummy under the bust?

yes I often feel puffed up around the tummy area. Not so bad in the mornings but gets worse as the day goes on. I have taken to wearing only elasticated waistbands now

Hi, I have the same problem. Diet does not seem to help. I find it hard to diet when in constant pain and brain fog. I was thinking if it was medication, I take gabapentin. Just one more thing to cope with. Dealing with fibro is tough, only other sufferers understand.
