Yes went a couple of weeks ago and saw a guy called Chris he was helpful and advised me to do all of the self help things and he has referred me onto a Fibro group in our area xxx

Pyhsio referral to?you should phone adult services sometimes they have cooking classes ,gardening, arts&crafts and could run you there and back, they're with social services. Its worth a try, they may be able to help you in other ways.

Hi Shaunsta. I have found that asking questions on this forum, doing your own research and seeing if you are low on a vitamin or mineral. Have you done a hair mineral test. I did one and found I was low on boron for my aches and pains muscles and joints. When I looked up boron it made sense but the doctor didn't bring it up. It has just arrived through the post so hopeful I am on the right track. Also with cramps, looked at Dr Eric Bergs youtube videos where he goes into how and why and made the connection with sugar, no doctor has suggested this as the root problem and it seems to be working. I wish you luck in your endeavour to get well.
