Fibro is a real pain in the rear end isn't it. Hopefully the pain clinic will be of help to you.
Gosh only a year - that's a result took from 1987 to 2014 for me to get diagnosis! It's difficult isn't it but you will in time be able to see what works for you. Sometimes the medics need to play with the medication to get the right dosage and combination and it can take a little while. Personally can't take prescription drugs so it's a case of supplements, chiropractor, hypnotherapy, epsom salt baths and a processed foods and refined sugar free diet. I think for most people the hardest thing is learning to pace oneself. On those rare days when we feel better than normal we tend to do too much and end up back where we started. Chin up hopefully things will ease a little for you.
