Could this be anything other than fibromyalgia?

I have been struggling for a year now and my doctor will not accept i have fibro,these are my symptoms

Neck and shoulder ache....not too painful

Breast bone pain....sometimes quite bad sharp stabbing pain and think im having a heart attack,struggle for breath but doesn't last long

IBS and acid reflux....not too often with lots of rumbling and need toilet very quickly

Sinus problems...always bunged up with eye ache and headache

Muscle twitches...various places including back and legs

Involuntary arm jerk...always there mainly with loud or sudden noise or when tired

Memory issues...permanent,can't remember simple words or what i had to eat the day b4,also get confused easily

Aching Back,knees and hips tho do have moderate osteoarthritis in hips

Pain in right ankle,Heel and calf muscles...comes and goes

Aching in my backside

Fatigue and stiffness...always tired and feel like death warmed up even if i get lots of sleep

Clicking joints...this seems to come on when other issues arise,mainly in toes

Vitiligo...seem to be getting white patches on my skin,mainly arms,hand and forehead

Always seem to have sore throat,needing to clear throat and have coughs for a month with lots of phlegm

Most of this is bearable without medication tho sometimes take painkillers and im obviously nowhere near as bad as most people but any feedback is appreciated and are my symptoms enough to push a doctor for referal to a fibromyalgia specialist?

I suffer with this condition my GP referred me to see a rheumatologist who finally diagnosed me. Maybe you could ask to be sent there see what they say hope this helps

Sounds very much like my symptoms to a tee. Some have waned a bit and now others are taking over. Get a referral to a rheumatologist that’s who diagnosed my fibro. Best of Luck Steve
