New Condition
Never heard of this being connected to Fibro
Hello and welcome to our group, may I ask why do you think hammer toe is related to fibro?
This deformity can affect any toe on your foot. It most often affects the second or third toe. Although a hammer toe may be present at birth, it usually develops over time due to arthritis or wearing ill-fitting shoes, such as tight, pointed heels. In most cases, a hammer toe condition is treatable. I have had fibro for over 30 years and have never heard this having any connection to fibro.

I have one on each foot ,did t know it was related to fibro though.Ours is a family thing as my sister had them too . It much help I know but nothing to worry about well not in my case as I have had them all my life .x😇
My grandma had this and she didn't have fibro so I'm not so sure ... luckily I was never allowed to wear pointy shoe growing up and my feet have turned out ok... well apart from athletes foot and cheesy toe nails lol xx
Yes I have a hammertoe but I have had this as far back into childhood as I can remember. This was way before the fibro. I think I was born with it. It doesn’t bother me the neuropathy trumps the hammertoe.
It is bent and twisted toes . I was born with the condition as was my second child . it also can be caused by I'll fitted footwear . your g.p ought to be able to give further guidance on your personal knowledge etc .
