60 in jan need ehr can anyone help or advise i have had fibro for over 15 tears multiple issues infection kydney recently had a blood diorder have liche sclerosis chronic anxeity and depression ive had enough now had adaptions and access to work had counselling symptoms of ptsd years of domestic abuse from seeing it aged 7 years onwards pls hrlp

Can you not just how good on sick leave and when sick pay runs out and they can't offer you something easier to fit in with your health let them close your contract.you could then claim ESA and possibly PIPS depending how your illnesses effect your daily life.

I had to do this.I was off for about 9 months.I loved my work but health was deteriorating. I had a works pension where they contributed 2 parts to my part and could claim it from 55 but haven't as yet .

hi what they have said is if occupational health suggest i am fit i must go on redeployment

I really aren't sure.I too am 60 in January and left work in 2012.Maybe citizens advice could help you.Someone else on here will give you better answers
