I got no points on my pip assessment

So did I...Sent in an appeal then they sent it to tribunal which I am waiting for them to send me a date for .. my gp appointments and notes I have sent them they say it will be September when my case will go to tribunal ..this was from last year November and it is now August praying for them to call me soon...praying for you also that you will fight for whats right.

Hi manstone55

Your best bet would be to get some professional help from someone like the CAB and appeal the decision.

You must appeal and be clear on why you are appealing.

Also ask them for all your paperwork they hold from your assessment.

Also if your not happy with the mandatory reconsideration you can then to go to tribunal and don't let that frighten you.

Right to your mp and get them on side this can help.

CAB can help and advise you too.

Also remember to adhere to timeframes for the appeal.

Also send as much evidence you can and send you mandatory reconsideration by recorded delivery.
