At least when the ground is wet you can pull the weeds up easier including the roots.....why do they still grow through the membrane under the pebbled area???

Its so nice to have warm sunny weather, but we really needed a good drop of rain to dampen the ground and freshen everything up a bit.

It can go back to being sunny now.............

I agree completely my friend! My garden desperately needed it and I have a water barrel that I need to fill for my carnivorous and exotic plants that cannot be given tap water. I placed loads of buckets, tubs and bowls out and have collected a couple of gallons so far
