My name is Toni and I have suffered from fibromyalgia, Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney disease, both knees replaced but I always made up my mind not to ever let any of this run my life. The struggles are immense but I have learned to put my health first and most important have learned to say "NO."

Your advice is very good. It took me a very very long time to learn to say no.

I now have no issue with saying no at all.
