Hi there
Unfortunately your question is extremely hard to answer as I am not too sure exactly what you are asking.
Are you asking about how to get a diagnosis? or What to do after a diagnosis or How to work the forum?
Please can you come back to me and give me an idea of exactly what you need help with ?
Fibromyalgia is a very complex condition and comes in all shapes and sizes and what works for one person doesn't always work for someone else.
Please do let me know and I will do my very best to help you.
If you need any help navigating the forum let me know and I will be more than happy to help you.
I have written some guides on how to use the forum which can be found on the right of your screen under Pinned Posts in blue.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Wishing you much peace

Hello again If you have Fibromygia I would say you need to get some medication sorted out if you haven't already done so What is it you need to know ask us we will help you
Hi again my friend
If you are referring how to cope and manage your Fibro, then it may be beneficial to ask your GP for some referrals. Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy or pain management may help. I would also talk to them about some pain medication or many sufferers also go for counselling and this may help you.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
