I'm a bit late this week. Had a massive flare-up and could hardly walk. Been doing too much trying to downsize in prep for moving. Feeling better today but being very careful - something I find very boring! Hope you are all having the best day possible.

That is a beautiful flower. That is my favorite thing to do in spring, take close pics of flowers. To get it opening is like gold, the unspiraling, gorgeous!
Thanks TerryT1. Not moving just yet - viewed a flat on Monday but refused it - 1st floor! It was advertised as ground floor. I can walk better now - being very careful but there is so much to do. I will hobble on. Hope you are having a good day. Helen X
Thank you Helen slowmotion . That is a bit naughty of them isn't it? advertising it as ground floor when it's not... You wasted all that energy on a viewing because of it too. I'm sorry for you. I hope you can find somewhere that's just right for you in the end!
Ohh I can sympathise with that, especially today...What is wrong with my body now?! (grin). It's one of those days where I have to move and bit and see which bits feel like they are falling off today?? Apparently my body sees it as 'multiple-choice' and likes to suprise me each time I wake up with a different combination to learn how to work around!
And no, thank YOU for the lovely post and picture slowmotion !
Lovely flower pic. I was the same when we were selling our house last year, husband was at the hospital all the time as his youngest brother was in critical care, then brother in law's cat became ill so off to the vets with her. I was trying to sell the house and go through 38 years of accumulated belongings on top of catching a virus. Unfortunately that is what tends to happen when we try to push these fibro bodies too far. Take things easy during this flare don't push, to turn do half an hour, half an hours rest so you don't overtax yourself. Do hope flare ends soon. Take care of yourself and hope th downsizing gets done eventually.🏡🏡🏡x
Thanks for the advice. Trying to pace but not that good at it. I can now walk a little bit better. As you say, it all happens at once - I now need a tooth extracting and my wonderful old dentist has retired. The new one is awful - so I have been searching for someone a bit more experienced. Finally found one who will see me on Tuesday. As for the grot of 30yrs living in one place, well, I have disposed of loads but I think it is breeding! When I open doors and draws they are still full!!!!
How do we accumulate all this stuff I honestly couldn't remember buying some of it! We suddenly had to move with less than a weeks notice as our buyers wanted in so you could imagine the scrabble. Needless to say alotof unsorted stuff had to go with us and is now in our garage. We thought we were slowly going through it and masses went to charity but as you say when our back is turned it is breeding. I did a bit more yesterday as we needed room as we have some work starting on Monday, again I have unearthed boxes I have no recollection of packing. Watch those boxes carefully as you don't know what they get up to when your back is turned, LOL.x
Good luck I decided to take (probably I will regret it) an alternative approach to the dentist. I take a careful look at my mouth about every 2 weeks with a torch and a mirror to make sure there is nothing untoward and am now don't go to the dentist unless a problem ensues. When I used to go regularly every 6 months there strangely always seemed to be something wrong but I have now gone three years with no problems. I will probably regret saying that by tomorrow.x
What a wonderful photo as usual, thank you. I am so genuinely sorry to read that you have been so poorly, and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I hope that you move goes really well for you, and please take care of yourself.
Thank you, I am pleased that you like the photo. My flare-up is easing gradually. It has put a stop to my clutter clearing but I wont be moving any time soon. Viewed a flat which appeared to be ideal - right place, space and near friends. Was advertised as ground floor but turned out to be first floor - very disappointing. Perhaps for the best though.
