Having the worst time ever pain area a nd symptoms change from day to day but really scarred as for the last week on waking in the morning I can't move I have violent pains in my back down my thighs to my knees a visit to the gpyesterday was told its muscle spasm given diazepam to take at night went for MRI results from 5wksago notbackyet told 12waitfor results I'm so scarred as I'm crippled everyday I have to dig elbows and heels in the bed to sit up I've been in pain for so long I feel like I can't do this anymore I'm thinking this morning think I need Togo to sleep for good to stop this life of hell sorry for being so mordlin and being down just another bad day take care all feeling let down by nhs said to my husband I wouldn't let an animal suffer like this iwould have them put down xjoannex

Please don't suffer in silence, you have had the courage to write all your concerns in your post, but please now speak to someone qualified to listen.

Can you speak to your doctor? If you don't feel well enough to go to the doctors surgery then request a home visit or a telephone consultation.

Or alternatively you can phone the Samaritans on 116123, they are not only there for people with suicidal thoughts, but for people with pain, depression, family concerns.

Do try to reach out and talk to someone, we here all listen and understand how you feel but are not health professionals who could help with your pain or give advice on how to cope. I've tried to end things, it failed and not tried again although it is tempting at times when pain & lonliness is bad. We are all here and living with Fibro for a reason. Find someone you can talk to and trust to help you through xx

I am so genuinely sorry to read o how you are suffering and struggling my friend and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. As phlebo123 says, please do not suffer in silence. Please ring the Samaritans telephone number that she gave you if you need a physical person to talk too. Please keep going back to your doctors until you get some results.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
