That sleep apnoe is a horrible one my brother in law had that and turns his car over in the early hours of the morning before being diagnosed as he must have fallen asleep at the wheel. He had one of those machines and it was like a miracle. I would not have liked to have been that lady with night terrors I think I prefer not sleeping to that!x

That sounds awful for him! I have sleep apnea and have a C-PAP machine but it does not do a lot for me unfortunately? The alternative is a Mandeville Device that you place in your mouth and I simply haven't got the bottle for that! x

The thought of having anything in my mouth whilst I was trying to sleep would be terrifying I don't blame you for not trying that one Ken.x

Yeah. Was interesting. Not specific to fibro but a lot of it was actually relevant
