Hi guys!

This is my first time of this "health unlocked" i stumbled upon this whilst on the NHS website researching some tools to help my mum who has been suffering from this condition for some time now and has been struggling to manage flare ups. So i am looking for some useful info on how to help her to manage this condition.

Thanks.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that your mum has Fibro, and I want to sincerely wish both of you all the best of luck. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

If there is one piece of advice that I would give to anyone in a flare up it would be to pace yourself (in everything that you do) so as not to make yourself worse. It may also help to have a medication review with her GP or Medical Specialist as it could be her drugs need tweaking somewhat?

All my hopes and dreams for both of you
