It's a first for me! Oh just suggested walking to the shops later, its a lovely day, and I said no it's too far! I could do it but was in so much pain by the time I got back last time, I just can't do it again. Might get bus one way then I don't miss out on our family walk. The shops are about 1 mile away, but at 33 should be managable but not for me. Proud of myself 😀

Well done learning girl ! pace pace and pace is the name of the game .have you done a pain and fatigue clinic if not ask they are brill teaches you so much .
