Which one you going for, and pkease don't go on your own .
Pip I'm taking my husband. Just want to know what they ask you to do.
Hiya I had mine lasts week, they ask you to stand straight up put your arms out ,bend them at your elbow. Then cross them on your chest. Put them behind your head, put both arms striaght out to the side at shoulders height. Stand on your tip toes. I did all this held on to a desktop but didn't manage all of it .
Bend over to the side and slide your arms down each side as far as you can, bend over to the front and touch your toes, ie bend as far as you can.
Then sit on a bed put your legs striaght out flat lift your foot off the bed. Then push against there hands.
Missed one turn your head to the side up then down and put your head on your shoulder.
Get there a bit early first come first severed they make all there appointments for 9 they was eight of us and only 3 assessors.
They said they were very sorry but short on assessors that morning.
Some were still sat there hour and half after.
Wishing you all the very best.

I have never personally been through anything of this nature but I have pasted you a link to the Health Assessment Advisory Service where you can get your questions answered.

Hi newqauy, thankful I cant lift my arms up its hurts also my left foot turns in cause I had a Tia in May and I walk with a stick in trying to say thanks but it keeps saying thankful iv also got chronic fatigue
went for my assessment last monday. As well asking you questions about your illness and how it affects you, they ask you to do certain physical things. if these are going to cause you too much pain, just say sorry, that you can not do this. I did say this to the assessor, and she was very nice about it. Good luck, and as well as very helpful answers on this site from other members, have a look at fightback for justice, where they explain in detail about possible things that may happen at your assessment. Both sites certainly helped me a lot as i knew what to expect on the day, making it not as stressful as it could have been.
