Remember to hold your head high. With pain it's easier to pull your hands in, limp, and tense up. Open up your chest, make sure your shoulders are down, and walk tall.

Being on the smaller side I always try to walk tall
Good point I try to do that as I have realised that if I am bent over it makes the lower back pain worse.x
