As you can probably guess, I'm in lots of pain and I'm taking, pregbalin a low dose, as more give me headaches , and tramadol but I don't find much else works without horrendous side affects, I don't sleep well at all, and exhausted most days, because of this.
I don't work at the moment and suffer from anxiety a bit from it and get low moods, so that prevents me.
I'd love to know how others cope and if they think there's anything else I cnd try, I am 43 with no quality of life and my doctor is kind of at a dead end where meds are concerned

I also take Pregabalin but I am nearly on the highest dose as I was told to raise it over time. I also have Nortriptyline, Metocloperamide (anti-sickness pill), Co-Codamol, and then other medications for other medical conditions that I have.
