Contact the office that is dealing with your claim the nos. should be on the letters that you receive. If you can't find the nos. try ringing 0800 055 6688 and they may be able to help you.x

Hi thanks to both of you. I'm actually awaiting to hear from dwp about a mandatory reconsideration. Which is very frustrating does anyone know how long it takes for a new decision to be made.

I take from this that it depends on where you live in the country as to how far head-behind etc your local department is? It is really difficult to say, I am sorry to day.
