Just love the play on words in this Trophy shop I saw yesterday.

Um, am I dense? if it's on West Street, why does the sign say Maytreee Road?

Yeah, well they have a habit of making rather elementary errors. Never mind Sherlock Bones is on the case :P

Hi Foogy I was the foggy one when it came to carving the joint at dinner time, just could not remember how to do it. son walked in just as I managed to cut my finger so Im in trouble again, :P and why is it that a cut less than half inch long hurts so much? :( sue

I don't know sue, but normally a cut with a very sharp knife causes less damage than if you get yourself with a blunt one, we'll have to tie your arms in to your sides from now on :p :d

I hate blunt knives I am always sharpening them, with a 50+yr old sharpener, the sort with 2 sets of wheels, I grew up with that knife sharpener it`s part of the family, :P and so is the block of wood it`s attached to, Oh dear what does that say about me. :O

I think it depends also where the cut is. Right on the finger tips is a concentration of touch nerves so even a little one is a big deal to the brain. Here's a special stripy Badger plaster :P

Hi fenbadger

That is really cool, and you raise a good point about the address?

How are you feeling today my friend?

Sorry, Ken, was snoring when you wrote that. Very well considering thanks. I think meds have settled after 2 months experimentation. Amitriptyline does make me sleep, but then I still keep getting up in the night :(

in reply to fenbadger

I have started taking mine a good hour and half before bed that seems to help me.

O and good morning Paul hugs sue

And good morning with hugs to you Dear Sue

My occy health suggested I take mine 6 or 8 pm so as not to get the Ami "hangover" I'm on 40mg and lucyhobbit on more but gets no side effects. not fair :(

Hi fenbadger

I have Nortriptyline as I cannot get on with Amitriptyline, they make me feel quite rough! Hope that they aren't making you too tired?

Take care
