This ache never seems to leave and when I try and lie on my front in bed (as I use to find this comfy) it hurts so much I cry with agony . Has anyone else go this sort of ache it is frightening sometimes as I have no idea what it is also I do feel sometimes that my heart is going to burst out of my chest. Any help anyone please xx

sorry i just seen part you wrote about lying on your front, does your abdo area also hurt when you try to bend?

Hey there it sounds quite persistent have you been checked by your GP?

If it continues I suggest going to the nearest walk in centre or call NHS direct or equivalent as chest pain could be number of things and really should be attended to.

Wishing you relief ASAP and sending pain busting fluffies to you

:) xxxsianxxx :)

Hi michphil

I am so sorry to read of your current issues and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to them.

I think with all chest pains you should always go and see your doctor as soon as possible. It may not be anything serious but you should always have it checked out.

Please keep us informed of how you get on?

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

I have this too. I am thinking it is a side effect of the Pregabalin.

Hi, how are you doing today. I have had this sort of chest pain quite alot. i was told years ago it was called something called Tietze's syndrome (think that is the spelling!!) where you get inflammed muscles in the chest wall.I was pescribed anti - inflammatory medication and ibuprofen gel. But this was before my fibromyalgia was diagnosed. But I still get it now, and usually take tramadol ( my main pain medication) I was also pescribed Traxam, which is a pain relieving mousse in a can. It is very good. But if you are having chest pain please please go to your gp. I had a very fast pulse several years ago and chest pain, ( and was diagnosed with heart problems) Not trying to scare you, but hoe you can get this sorted out. Best of luck xx

Thank you everyone I have been able to get an appointment with my gp so I hope he will be able to tell me what it is. I am rather worried as my dad died at Christmas of heart failure. I shall keep you informed thanks

Gentle hugs to everyone.
