I would like to wish all of you a happy new year which consists of some pain free days and more help from the government as we should have. hope your health keeps you positive but the times you need help or support there is health unlocked for us all.

It has been a tumultuous last 3 months, crazy imbalanced INR due to antibiotics from fighting Diverticulitis, a TIA, my eldest son got married. I am ready to say goodbye to 2013! And hello to my new daughter in law
