My shower man will be here sometime on Friday, not sure exactly when. Will pop in from time to time to see how it is going! Be careful with the ravens, just been watching part of The Birds, a teenager in my house wanted to watch it....

Morning foggy,I did have an aweful load of pain in the morning and it took me ages to get bathed and dressed and my son was off school and very bored so I let him have the iPad.He has impertigo,but back at school today.I also had to get flu jab done and go food shopping.I missed you all too as well.How are you today?xxx
I thought something must be wrong, you don't normally disappear for a whole day. I hope the pain is a bit better today and at least you can chat with us again to take your mind off things. I had been thinking about you a lot and was so pleased with your decision, I'm sure you will feel much happier once you have drawn a line under it all, I know it's hard, but I really thing you have made completely the right choice
I'm a bit fed up really with the horrible pain in my back and neck, as you know I've got the brace on which helps the lower back but my head feel like it's too heavy for my neck to cope with, so today I'm having a bit of a duvet day until I go for my calcitonin later, this way I can prop my head with a V pillow, which helps a bit. Roll on tomorrow when I see my osteo again and see what can be done to help, I was too inflamed for him t touch me last week, but onwards and upwards as they say

It always amazes me how you sound so positive! I just had to pop out to draw some money out for my mobile hairdresser who will be round shortly.Back pain is not good but once I got out the sun shining made me feel better.Do you have to go far for your injections and is it for pain releif?xxx
