Tibby it can take some time best be patient I f you run out then give them a ring and ask them if they know what is goig on I believe there is a back log. xgins.

Hi Tibby, as with all things to do I with DWP/DLA I think it's a question of how long is a piece of string? There always seems to be a backlog of work but, I think it might be an idea to give them a ring sometime next week just to sharpen them up. After three months you definitely should be getting in touch with them, but that's not yet, sorry for no more substantial advice, but good luck :-)

Mine took ten weeks, but when it does arrive you have a month from when they send it and not a month from when you asked for it.

Hope when it arrives you have grounds for appealing - I didn't :(
