Hi,

I experience pain in my hands and know it is carpel tunnel like for me with a hint of fibromyalgia - very painful.

I've never had my palm turn blue, but would certainly be making an appointment to see my doctor if it did. Whether its a problem with nerves and circulation I couldn't say, but would certainly suggest you see your doctor Monday to have it checked out.

Yes I have carpel tunnel and wear hand braces but never a blue palm I would get that check out

yep! I get a type tendonitis from the hypermobility syndrome from repetitive movements in my hands and my palms only turn blue when I'm experiencing the 'fibro' temperature changes as I'm temperature and environmentally sentitive.

I agree with pip and gins though........ I'd be trotting along to my gp.

my dr told me I had CTS-read it is a thyroid problem rather than related to fibro??

I was sent to physio for carpal tunnel and the foot version and it was after a couple of weeks that they referred me back to GP recommending rheumatology. My hands go "blue" and my palms very pale.

dude its really painful nd has reached my shoulder
