Hello there.
I know this feeling well!
It's best to bite the bullet and get up, bathed and dressed - even if you feel like you need to lie down again straight afterwards.
I get up reasonably early, do a small task, lie down for a bit, then do another small thing.
You won't feel any more tired if you do this, but you will feel much less depressed and will also manage to do a few things which further improves how you feel!

Hi yes I find getting up, washing my hair and facing the day helps enormously. It chases the blues away!
If in doubt try and ring a friend and have a chat and a coffee that helps too.I send you some smiles there that helps as well xgins
I was feeling like you do for so long.....I would sleep the clock round and more!!! See your GP, I have just started physio...it was hard,but so worth it.....Please c your GP and tell them how you are feeling.. xx
