I get long spells without tiredness, but then it will hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm lucky not to have it all the time, I guess!
My feeling is that severe pain will inevitably lead to tiredness at some time, but hopefully not at a constant level.

My tiredness varies, sometimes I have lots of energy (for me) sometimes I have little and sometimes none.
I guess everyone is different...
I tend to get a little energy, then get very tired as I have done to much
It's more than tired its pure exhaustion, I expect every one is different
Even when I don't have the exhaustion I still find it hard to do things.
All I can say is it effects your life in such a way that it's never the same
Again.
But on a lighter note it could be worse so if you don't get tired, lets
Hope you never do. As I believe you get used to much of the pain
I thought that the tiredness went with fibro maybe you have skeletal
Pain.

It's really good that you don't have he tiredness. It would be great if you never do. I had a brilliant day yesterday, I cleaned the house top to bottom, this morning I've woken up feeling as though I haven't been to sleep. However, this feeling sometimes passes. Other times I feel fine but the tiredness hits me about midday.
Take care, Becky. Xx
Hi, I have fibro, at first I couldn't pick up a cup clean my teeth barely stand and walking was very difficult couldn't manage stairs. I am almost 52 before fibro I was very fit and active. My doc thinks I have M.E. also, it's not so much tiredness as in sleepy it's absolutely no energy and it comes on out of the blue. For instance I was out with my OH at the weekend everything fine and then suddenly drained of energy like a clockwork toy run down, I was left walking like a duck very very slowly. OH wanted to get the car for me although to stand is even worse! My pain is in all body quadrants every day, worse morning and night. Pacing is how I manage my days.
Everyone is different, just because you don't have tiredness you still could have fibro, I had pains for years and ignored them until I got this bad. Maybe if I had listened to my body and taken it easy sooner I wouldn't now have chronic fatigue.
