Excitement and trepidation

Hi girls, emotions running high today, got a positive pregnancy test, so happy I am 5 weeks (going on my LMP) eek

However in both my previous pregnancy's It has been short lived, MC at 6 weeks. I really hope that everything will be OK, and I'm going to try to take each day as it comes and try to relax but im terrified :/
