Hi. There’s no real reason why you cannot take Royal Jelly, although I have heard cases of an allergic reaction to it. Most women just stick to the well known branded multi-vitamins with Folic Acid. Why not mention it to your GP and see what his/her opinion is. Meanwhile, I do wish you both well with your IVF cycle. Regards Diane
