Fertility MOT
Dear Elsie
Speaking to our Advice line might be a good idea! Diane is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday to explain the tests involved in more detail.
An AMH blood test is looking for Anti Mullerian Hormone levels which together with an Antral Follicle Scan gives a idea of ovarian reserve.
Sadly this alone doesn't ensure your tubes are unblocked, so if you were thinking of IUI a tubal patency test would also be needed.
If you have a look here: infertilitynetworkuk.com/?i...
You'll find clinics in Glasgow affiliated to Infertility Network UK, therefore showing they appreciate the support available to their patients!
Having tests at one clinic does not mean you have to have treatment there. You will be able to take your results with you if you then choose to explore treatment options at another clinic/s.

Thanks Tracey that's a great help. I'll have a look at the link and give Diane a call. Elsie
